Your privacy is of the utmost importance to SpectraCure and you should be able to feel safe when entrusting us with your personal data. We have therefore established this policy, which is based on current data protection legislation and clarifies how we work to safeguard your rights and your privacy.
Which personal data do we process?

We process your personal data primarily in order to be able to fulfil and administer our legal obligations and requirements from authorities, as well as follow and fulfil agreements entered into, as well as when balancing interests. We only process personal data when we have legal grounds. We do not process more personal data than is necessary for the purpose, and we always strive to use the least privacy-sensitive data.


Below are examples of the personal data we process:
Name, Address, E-mail address, Telephone number, Social security number & Information that you voluntarily provide of your own accord.

How do we access your personal data?

We primarily gain access to your personal data by you giving it to us yourself.

We can also access it in the following ways:

  • Data that you provide to us directly: for example by e-mail or telephone.
  • Data that we receive via the company’s website: for example when subscribing to a press release.
  • Data we receive from public registers: for example from a central securities depository.
  • Data that we receive when you apply for employment with us or visit us.
  • Data we receive through business contact: for example if you are a contact person.

What will we use your personal data for? 

We may use your personal data for the following purposes and supported by the following legal bases:
Balance of interests: Share-related matters, during recruitment processes, as well as registration during visits, registration for newsletters and as a contact person with partners.

Legal obligation: Registration for a meeting, such as the Annual General Meeting.
Agreement with the data subject: Drafting of agreements.

Who do we share this personal data with?
We strive to only share personal data with our personal data processors. In order to fulfil the balance of interests and legal obligation, we may share your personal data with law firms, financial institutions, authorities and IT departments hired by us.
How is your personal data protected and stored?
We have procedures and routines in place to ensure that your personal data is handled in a secure manner. Only persons who need the personal data to perform their tasks and SpectraCure’s commitments should have access to personal data. Our systems are developed with your integrity in focus and to a very high degree protect against intrusion, destruction and other changes that may pose a risk to your privacy. We have our own IT technicians regarding IT security to ensure that your personal data is processed securely. We store your personal data for as long as this is necessary for the intended purpose and where we have legal support.

Your rights

Request for correction or deletion

Right to correction/deletion. You have the right to request that your personal data be corrected or deleted. You also have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted, or to object to such processing in a manner that follows from the Data Protection Regulation or national privacy legislation. Following such a request, we will examine whether there are grounds for such a change.

Right to an extract from the register.
You have the right to request extracts from SpectraCure and our registers/systems in which personal data about you are processed, and in such extracts be informed about which personal data about you SpectraCure processes and how we process this. If you have questions about the processing of personal data or if you feel that these are incorrect, if you would like to request a correction, deletion or restriction, or would like to object to the processing, please contact us.
Please keep in mind that we may have the right to deny your request if there are legal obligations that prevent us from complying with your request.

Personal data manager and our processors
SpectraCure is the personal data controller, which means that we are responsible for how your personal data is processed and that your rights are protected. SpectraCure has a personal data processor agreement with suppliers and partners, thereby ensuring that personal data is processed in accordance with this policy.
